Feminism, as opposed to misandry, is an ideology that evokes equality for all the sexes instead of demeaning the social, political or any other status of men in the world which the later does.  Today, a woman’s eminence as a feminist is often criticized as being anti-men and threatening to the rights of masculinity. First of all, misandry implies anti-feminism. It’s an approach by few who hates men in particular and do not want them to be given power in any arena. Now, there are instances where feminist themselves have called for the denigration of men and sexual discrimination among others. Misandry is same as misogynist while holding men in place of women.
